Just like with the UPPAbaby Vista V2 convertible, single to double stroller, the Cruz V2 modular single stroller is not seeing any functional changes from 2021 into 2022. However, several colors previously only available for the Vista V2 are now also available in the 2022 Cruz V2, and UPPAbaby has phased out one color.

2022 UPPABABY CRUZ V2 VS. 2021 UPPABABY CRUZ V2 PRICE

Unlike many products, the price for all colors of the UPPAbaby Cruz V2 is not increasing in 2022, so the 2021 and 2022 Cruz V2 are the same price of $699.99 for all colors.

UPPAbaby determines pricing for every retailers nationwide, and typically only offers discounts in the event of discontinued products or colors. Because the Cruz V2 is not changing in 2022—and UPPAbaby has not announced plans to discontinue any colors—the Cruz V2 is not likely to go on sale in the near future.

2022 UPPABABY CRUZ V2 COLORS

All colors for the UPPAbaby Cruz V2 are continuing unchanged into 2022, with the exception of Jordan Charcoal Melange which has been discontinued and was phased out at the end of 2021.

In 2021, UPPAbaby added three colors previously only seen on the Vista V2 to the Cruz V2 as well: Noa Navy Blue and Greyson Charcoal Melange with carbon black frame and saddle brown leather, and Stella Brushed Grey Melange with silver frame and chestnut brown leather. One color is still exclusive to the Vista V2, Declan Oat Melange.

UPPAbaby's infant car seats are getting a refresh in 2022, including a new Mesa version - the Mesa V2 - and an all new model called the UPPAbaby Mesa Max that features a redesigned load leg base.

The UPPAbaby Mesa V2 car seat comes in three colors made of a polyester blend while the UPPAbaby Mesa Max car seat is available in five colors with two fashions made of a breathable merino wool blend.

• Jake Charcoal

The Mesa Max comes in these colors:

• Gregory Blue Melange (merino wool blend)

2022 UPPABABY CRUZ V2 vs. 2021 UPPABABY CRUZ V2 COMPATIBILITY

If you're looking to mix and match a new Cruz V2 with an older Mesa car seat or accessory—or vice versa—you're probably in luck.

Cruz / Cruz V2 strollers are compatible with the current line of car seat adapters, accessories and components, with the exception of a 2019 and older Cruz TravelSafe bag and or 2019 Cruz Piggyback Board (which do not fit the larger Cruz V2 model).

The Cruz V2 now fits the same TravelSafe bag that also supports older Cruz models or any year model Vista or Vista V2, and a 2020 to present Cruz V2 uses this Piggyback board to add space for an older child.
