Really happy to find Strollerina! Due to confusion on a baby registry, the wrong stroller frame color was purchased by one grandma. The new dad was overwhelmed by lack of sleep &newborn duties so the 2nd grandma (who lived closer) took over the return process after he'd begun it. In the midst of this we learned that the stroller had just been updated to a new, improved version so the parents wanted the new model instead. We didn't know Strollerina already sent the right color frame out (wow!) without having to receive the wrong one back first. (great policy!) But it was the old model and it was too late to cancel the shipment as it was already on the way. So we waited for that one to arrive & Strollerina provided return shipping labels.Customer service repStephanie, took charge of this confusing return situation. (there's so much more involved due to 3 family members being part of the purchase/return process which made it that much more confusing. And there was a mix up with one return label that further complicated this mess. But Stephanie sorted thru it and made the return process go smoothly! Plus It was worth it to pay a bit extra for "unlimited returns/exchanges" as this proved to be a blessing in our case. Thank you Stephanie and Strollerina!
