The LATCH base from Simple Parenting has been designed especially for the Doona, and can be installed into your car using the LATCH or your car’s seatbelt. The base has been engineered with safety and simplicity at the forefront of the design. Simply click the Doona car seat into position and un-clip from the base to lift the seat from vehicle.

Great for dad’s car!

With the doona being so travel friendly having a second base in dad’s car has been amazing. Although the doona can be strapped in without a base for a car they will be in often this is great!

Great for second car!

We debated whether or not to get another base because you technically don’t need it but I’m glad we opted for another one for the 2nd car. Being able to clip the Doona in and out has been time saving. While using it without the base works, it’s still a lot easier with having the base.
