The box I received was clearly taped back together very approximately and there was missing content inside. I was disappointed with this experience (my prior experience with Strolleria 3 years ago was great). The customer service was helpful in starting the replacement request with Cybex and then everything was very smooth when dealing directly with Cybex. They sent me a replacement of the product within a few days and I could tell the difference with the packaging received initially from Strolleria. Very happy with the kid board, my toddler loves it and it’s easy to install on the Priam stroller!
