How Long Can I Use The Nuna RAVA

The Nuna RAVA is a long lasting convertible car seat! It first rear-faces and then flips around and can be installed forward-facing. The RAVA fits children from 5 pounds to 65 pounds or up to 49 inches tall. Car seats are outgrown as soon as one of the limits is met. The RAVA can also be outgrown by torso height - once the harness straps cannot come from even or above your child’s shoulders when forward-facing, the seat is outgrown regardless of the other limits.

Typically a child can fit in the Nuna RAVA until 5-7 years old! Most will outgrow the seat in torso height or overall height. On average a child reaches 49” around 6-8 years old, whereas they won’t reach 65 pounds until 7-10 years old.
