This car seat is suitable for infants from 4-35 pounds and includes additional safety features such as side impact protection, an anti-rebound bar attached to the base and EPS foam in the shell and head panel that protects baby's head and torso.

The Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 Nido Infant car Seat offers additional protection with the addition of both a load leg and an anti-rebound bar to create a safe ride for your infant. Together, these two features reduce the risk of seat rotation in a crash by more than 50 percent. The Nido also features a beautiful leatherette detailing as well as an extendable sun canopy to protect baby from the elements.

The Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 Lounge is one of the only infant car seats with a recline function, allowing your baby to lie flat in comfort when you're using the car seat on your stroller. The backrest reclines and the leg rest extends, creating three recline positions that are more ergonomic for your baby's developing head and neck. For safety reasons, the Lounge car seat will not recline when used in your car.
