Welcome to our FAQ page for the Double Points Promotion, running through Friday, November 29th - Monday, December 2nd! Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about how to make the most of this exciting rewards opportunity.

What is the Double Points Promotion?

 

During the promotion, you’ll earn twice the reward points on all eligible purchases. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer!

Normally - 1 point per $1 Double Points- 2 points per dollar! 

When does the promotion end?

 

The promotion ends at 11:59 PM MST on Monday, December 2, 2024. Be sure to complete your purchases before then to earn double points.

 

Who is eligible to participate?

 

All customers enrolled in our rewards program are automatically eligible. If you’re not a member yet, sign up today to start earning points during this promotion.

 

How do I earn points?

 

Simply shop with us! For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn twice the usual points during the promotion period.

 

Do I need to use a promo code?

 

No promo code is needed. Double points are automatically applied to your account when you make an eligible purchase.

 

What purchases qualify for double points?

 

Most purchases qualify! Gift cards and re:do do not earn points when purchased. However, when you use a Strolleria gift card for a purchase, you will earn points at that time.

 

When will my points be credited?

 

Points are typically credited to your account within 24–48 hours of your purchase. If you don’t see them after this time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Can I combine this promotion with other offers?

 

Yes! You can use discounts, promo codes, or sale items alongside this promotion, but reward points will only be earned on the final purchase amount.

Discounts earned through the rewards program can not be used on sale items or other exclusions

How can I check my rewards balance?

 

Log in to your rewards account at Strolleria.com and click the gift icon at the bottom right to check balance!

 

What happens to my points after the promotion?

 

Your points stay in your account and can be redeemed within 6 months.

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity on your account. 

However, it's easy to extend your points balance if you're not ready to place another order yet.

Just leave a product review or follow us on Instagram or Facebook, and you'll keep your points for another 6 months (plus, earn a few more)!
