Installation doesn't get much easier: Underneath the seat bottom of the RAVA is a door that opens to allow the car's seat belt to be threaded through and buckled. Once you close the door, the seat is securely installed.

The RAVA keeps your child in the safest position for longer, thanks to an industry-leading 50-pound rear-facing weight capacity and a pop-out footrest that adds two inches of leg room. The seat grows with your child up to 65 pounds with its adjustable head rest, recline to 10 positions and no-rethread harness.

The Nuna RAVA is one of the only convertible car seats that uses a naturally fire-resistant bamboo/polyester fabric instead of flame-retardant chemicals. Bamboo also helps regulate your child's body temperature, keeping her cooler in warm weather and warmer in cool weather—all while being super-soft, antibacterial and hypoallergenic.

The RAVA exceeds American safety standards with its all-steel frame, energy-absorbing foam, side-impact protection pods and a reinforced belt path.

Amazing Quality, Safety and Comfortability

We absolutely love the Nuna RAVA and feel it is worth every penny. It has excellent safety features which is our #1 priority, but beyond that, it is so comfortable for our son. The material is soft, the structure of the seat itself cushions him in all the right places and it can really grow with him. Factor in the easy install and removal and it makes this seat a no brainer!

Perfection!

So I recently switched from the UPPAbaby Mesa V2 to the Nuna RAVA and wish I would have done it sooner! My baby is 8 months and he was really starting to get upset in the Mesa. Also the straps were twisted in the car seat right from the get go. It was honestly never manufactured properly and UPPAbaby was a real pain to deal with (will not be ordering any of their products again). Fast forward to getting the RAVA and my little boy is pumped! He was so excited to be in his big boy car seat and is way less squished. In my opinion the Mesa is only meant for babies for about 3 months unless you have a really small baby. The RAVA is a game changer and I honestly feel confident that we can now go on roadtrips with our little guy now that he likes his car seat!
