As a mom of 6, I have used a plethora of different car seats over the years. Through all these car seats, I've been able to hone in on the features I love and the ones that aren't quite what I was expecting/looking for. One thing that has frequently disappointed me with infant car seats is the weight. They don't feel that heavy on their own, but add in a baby (that grows like a weed) and they can really start to take a toll on your neck, shoulders, and back. When the UPPAbaby Aria arrived on my doorstep, I braced myself to lug the box inside. Instead, I probably looked like a cartoon because the box weighed probably less than 10lbs! It was SO light. The packaging was secure, but not a pain to remove either. I was able to get the seat and base out of the box within a minute and I ran to my husband showing him I could hold both the seat and the base with just a few fingers because it was so lightweight. It's amazing. Sometimes you trade quality for this lightweight feel, but that's not the case with the Aria. This seat has beautiful high quality fabrics, lots of cushion for baby's comfort, and is clearly made of durable materials.
Installation was a smidge tricky as I initially followed the quickstart label on the base that had me do the LATCH installation first and then the load leg. Fun fact, the load leg is underneath the base so if you've installed the LATCH already, you have to remove it and start over after pulling the load leg out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was a little frustrating as I was 9 months pregnant during installation (and let's be real everything is a bit more exhausting at that point). Once I undid the install, pulled out the Load Leg, and reinstalled it wasn't too bad! I really enjoyed the automatic retracting LATCH straps- I have never seen that before. It helped me feel like the base was very secure. It took about 10 minutes for me to get all the windows green (meaning the base, load leg, etc were all secure) but once I got it, it was worth it. I think the fact that I have 4 car seats in the car also made it a bit more difficult as I was maneuvering amongst other already installed seats.
This green is beyond gorgeous though. The canopy is AMAZING. You can see in my photo how far it extends. I love the peace of mind that my son will have his privacy and it will limit random touching, as well as sun exposure.
This seat is everything I could hope for and I love that it lasts up to 30lbs. I make big babies but even my 95th percentile 2 year old is still under 30lbs so I know this will last all through my youngest son's infancy.

I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel for my honest review. I absolutely love the UPPAbaby Aria infant car seat. First off, the color is such a good color! It’s like a sage green. Its so pretty. I’ve never seen this color for a car seat before. Second of all, it’s so easy to install in the car. Took about 5 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Didn’t leave us second guessing if it was installed correctly. It’s also super lightweight. I have no issues carrying my little one inside the car seat and I dont see an issue for quite a while. Other car seats fell heavy without baby in them. This one doesn’t feel the same. It also seems like it would be pretty safe if it needed to be.
Overall, I really like this car seat. The quality is really nice. My little one seems comfortable. It’s got some nice cushion and doesn’t feel like baby is resting on cardboard. I would say 10000000% recommend this car seat. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this infant car seat. I love this carseat!! UPPAbaby has managed to think of everything in it's design and function. The lightweight design is incredibly freeing when taking my baby out of the house. It does not compromise in style or safety either! I love the leather detail on the handle and the green color truly is perfection. The advanced safety features keep my mind at ease, which only enhances the positive experience I have had using the UPPAbaby Aria Infant Carseat. It is very user friendly. I was able to install the base and feel very confident in it's design and stability. My favorite part of this carseat is how easy and comfortable it is to carry. I no longer have the excuse of a bulky, heavy carseat to keep me confined to my house! I promise, this carseat is perfection.

We absolutely LOVE this new car seat! We received this through the Stellar Product Testing panel. I wish we would have had this when my daughter came home from the nicu at 4 lbs because the premie insert looks so amazing. Our daughter is 12 months and carrying her in this car seat is SO light. It’s a dream!!! I love the extra safety bar in the base it makes it feel so much more secure. My favorite part is the extended sun shade. It’s so nice for blocking the sun and for blocking others looking into the car seat to prevent germs.
