If size is a concern, I would consider the Wayfinder as the Alterrain Pro is a larger stroller, both when open and folded; it is also 1.2 pounds heavier. However, the Alterrain Pro can hold a taller child because its height limit is 44” versus 40” - both strollers hold 75 pounds. Interestingly though, the seat on the Wayfinder is roomier in terms of seat back height, canopy height, and seat depth. So your bigger child may be more comfortable in the Wayfinder!
