My product is defective or damaged. How can I get a repair or replacement?
Defective Products
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly to receive a repair or replacement part.
Retailers like Strolleria do not process warranty claims, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.

Damaged Products
If you believe your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of the product damages. A replacement can be sent once Strolleria has confirmed the damages and the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
Please note that a claim cannot be filed for a damages to the box or packaging, only for damages to the product inside.
