How do I redeem my Strolleria Points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and visit the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Yes — Strolleria Points expire 6 months after they're earned. Strolleria Points are used and expire on a first in, first out basis, so the points closest to expiring are always the first to be spent when you redeem. You can view your upcoming expiry dates on your dashboard.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my Strolleria Points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my Strolleria Points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
