How can I return a gift?
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we can provide a refund to either a Strolleria e-gift card or to the purchaser's original form of payment.
To start the return process and request a return label, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
Strolleria covers the cost of outbound shipping to you on all items over $49. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.
Strolleria offers discounted return shipping labels at the following flat rates:
- Strollers: $50
- Car seats: $30
- All other gear (i.e. high chair, playard, car seat base): $20
- Car seat adapters and small accessories (i.e. cup holder, snack tray): $12
- Select Furniture: You will be charged a 20% shipping and handling fee off the purchase price of the item
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the package is received at our warehouse.
