Strolleria accepts returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 60 days of receipt.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Strolleria only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging.
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, the manufacturer will send a repair or replacement part at no cost.

I’ve used the Nuna Pipa for other children and have always loved it. It provides great protection with extra helpful bells and whistles like the dream shade. I especially love the new leather details! I was really impressed with the turnaround time to get this product out to me - it was Amazon fast. I would recommend this product, and especially from this vendor.
There is a reason this seat is trending right now— it’s gorgeous, base install is easy, and the dream drape is genius. But that’s it. I’ve used the Chicco Keyfit prior to this and I miss it. The fabric on the canopy is bulky on the edges near the handle hinge and it makes moving the handle up and down a really obnoxious chore. The shoulder pads and crotch pads are ridiculous— they look cozy as heck in the pictures, but the shoulder pads actually appeared to be suffocating out newborn and the crotch pad was ill fitting and poorly designed and rendered it useless. With my fourth baby, I’m really not in the mood to deal with daily inconveniences from poor function design. The seat is beautiful, but actually using it drives me nuts.
