Use your Babyzen YOYO+ or YOYO2 stroller from birth by adding the 0+ Newborn Pack bassinet to your stroller frame. Please note the 0+ Newborn Pack is not compatible with the YOYO Connect.

The stroller frame is sold separately; this listing includes only the Newborn Pack bassinet accessory and is not a complete stroller.

The Newborn Pack consists of a bassinet/carrycot with 5-point safety harness, 3-position popup canopy, foot cover and headrest. In the carrycot, your newborn can lie completely flat, the safest position for supporting her neck and spine.

Item held hostage due to company mistake…

I never got the newborn pack I ordered. Instead, I had the wrong items shipped to me and as a result was told I could not have the items I ordered until i took the 50lb package to a fedex facility 7 miles away and paid for the shipping for it to go back to the warehouse. I explained I just had a c-section so this was not doable and was told “So sorry”… Safe to say I simply cut my losses and bought a new one from the company nini and lola. Was not willing to spend upwards of $100 to get an uber and pay for shipping to receive a $130 product I already paid for … No other options were given aside from lugging it through NYC 1.5 hrs away until I told them I would cut my losses, at which time I was told they may try to arrange a pickup… not sure why that wasn’t offered initially, but it was only offered after they were aware I repurchased the item. Pretty sketchy thing to do overall. Wouldn’t use this company again…

We always appreciate customer feedback, however, honesty is also greatly appreciated. Your review is very unfair and not an accurate representation of the service you received. We are very sorry that an honest shipping error occurred. As soon as you notified us that you received a YOYO stroller frame instead of a YOYO Newborn pack we responded to your email the same day and immediately began resolving the shipping error. We reached out to the manufacturer who had shipped your order and they provided a complimentary return shipping label. We passed along the complimentary label to you with return instructions and communicated that we requested the manufacturer make an exception to their policy which entails the mis-shipped item be dropped off to Fedex before the second shipment is sent out. The manufacturer agreed and over-nighted you the correct item. You had stressed that you immediately needed the Newborn Pack by August 27th and it was successfully delivered to you on August 27th. We did make an assumption that since you were in immediate need of a stroller accessory that you were mobile enough to take the 14 lbs YOYO frame to Fedex for shipment back to the manufacturer. However, you refused to ship back the stroller frame that was not paid for. We also offered to send a Fedex pick up to your front door and you refused that offer as well, intent on keeping a stroller frame that was not paid for. In this case we did everything we could as a retailer to correct the shipping error within the timeframe that you requested. While shipping errors are rare and obviously very frustrating from a customer standpoint, human errors do occur. However, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service and quickly resolving these issues, and we would never expect or ask our customers to absorb the cost of return shipping fees for an item they received in error.
