I spent so much time looking at different travel systems and am so glad I ultimately went with this one! I had been contemplating other high end travel systems (one that comes with a bassinet instead of car seat, which didn’t seem as useful...), but was sold on the Nuna brand after I came across the Pipa Lite XL car seat. The car seat is everything you could possibly want — it’s the most lightweight, one of the safest, very stylish, and also practical with the dream drape (helps keep nosy people away)! I had been going back and forth between the different Nuna strollers, but decided to spend a little more for the ease of folding and to have a lighter, less bulky stroller. This stroller is SO lightweight, folds easily with one hand, and can stand on its own when folded. Definitely worth the extra money to not have to bend over to pick it up off the ground every time!! It’s glides very easily (even on carpet) and is perfect for our walks around the neighborhood and paved nature walks. It might not be the best stroller if you plan on using it on rugged terrain as it doesn’t have as fancy of a suspension system as the Tavo, but for us it is absolutely perfect.
I have used many different strollers many significantly lower in price then it cost me for this travel system. This took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. I love the ease and the look. Everything I wanted in a stroller and I finally got it on my 4th! I plan to get good use out of it. The reason I went for the triv is the size of the tires. It’s a sturdy as the larger Nunas but folds a lot smaller. If you can afford it buy it. Or convince 2-3 family members to buy it for you:)
