The next generation of Nuna’s most popular stroller features a smaller fold, a smoother ride, and a new name: the Nuna MIXX Next.
The MIXX Next builds on the MIXX by folding 6.5 inches smaller than its predecessor and standing on its own when folded. It also offers better maneuverability, thanks to improved suspension and redesigned rubber wheels, and has a magnetic buckle that makes it easier to harness your child.
The MIXX Next includes Nuna's unique ring-shaped car seat adapter, which allows parents to attach and detach a Nuna car seat with one hand. The stroller also pairs with the MIXX Series Bassinet + Stand, which is approved safe for overnight sleeping. Reverse the seat to face you or face forward, and recline the seat to a flat position that's safe for newborns.
One of the safest and most popular infant car seats on the market is the lightest, too: The Nuna PIPA aire weighs just 6 pounds—making it 1.6 pounds lighter than the PIPA RX and one of the lightest car seat models in the world.
Despite its weight, the PIPA aire doesn't skimp on safety. Unlike most car seats made with non-flexible foam, the PIPA aire is made with a first-of-its-kind Aeroflex foam that compresses to absorb forces in a crash.
The PIPA aire snaps into a steel-reinforced base with a load leg that attaches to the floor of your vehicle for extra stability. According to Nuna, the load leg helps minimize forward rotation during a crash by up to 90 percent. Their True Lock rigid latch is 50% stronger than a typical belt latch.
The PIPA aire includes fire-resistant fabrics free of flame retardant chemicals, a Tailortech memory foam headrest, and a leather-look handle. Similar to Nuna's other PIPA models, the PIPA aire includes the Sky Drape magnetic cover and can be installed without the base for taxis or travel.
This travel system includes a Nuna PIPA aire infant car seat, a car seat base, and the MIXX ring adapter.
