Snoo Bassinet is Great! Rental was a Terrible Experience

I paid more to rent the Snoo than I'd have paid to own a pre-owned one. It makes absolutely no sense.

I loved the snoo with my first baby girl born on Sept 2022. Wish I'd have bought it at that time used instead of renting it. But I rented it on a special promotion so total I paid about $695

Was excited to rent it again for my daughter born in Jan 2024. My understanding is that would be $159 per month for 4 months and then $50 for the last two months. It was called a newborn package.

When i looked at my billing, I had been billed $167 for 6 months = $1002 Plus an additional $150 deposit plus $59 return fee. THE RENTAL is so much more expensive of buying a pre-owned one.

I'm so disappointed and upset. I'd have never rented the snoo had I knew this is what I was going to be charged :(
