Strolleria accepts returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 60 days of receipt.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Strolleria only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging.
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, the manufacturer will send a repair or replacement part at no cost.

I ordered the City Mini GT2 Double after loving the City Mini GT single with my first child. We have the City Go original carseat and wanted something that would be compatible with the carseat and our toddler who still needs strapped in to stay put. You will need to purchase new adapters as the ones in the single stroller don't work. For some reason, they are extremely hard to find right now for the City Go/Gracco models, but I was able to track one down! Once you get the adapter in place, you do have to remove the canopy on that side. However, the carseat has a canopy, so this did not bother me! I also read many complaints that with the carseat installed, the canopy on the toddler side doesn't work. This is partly true, however if you just pull the canopy completely out first before clicking in the carseat - it works fine. Strolleria shipped out the stroller within a week and I contacted customer service a few times to help with the adapter purchase. They were always prompt with their responses and even offered to reach out directly to Baby Jogger if needed. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The product and customer service was wonderful - Thank you!!
