I first unit started to rock aggressively left and right stopping starting stopping starting. It’s supposed to be smooth left or right, so the baby doesn’t wake up and she’s always feeling constant motion. After two months, the oscillator started to break so it started to go left, stopped and then shot to the right stopped. I showed them videos for a few days and finally they said will send you a replacement. You can give us a $500 deposit and get your replacement back will give you the $500 back. Well they sent the replacement never sent my shit label back so I couldn’t ship it. They held my $500 and have yet after a week to send me my return label so I could ship the old unit back that’s broken and get my refund on my $500 I deposited. On top of all of this my new unit which is a refurbished unit has the same problem, in addition to the same problem, it is losing connection and not responding. Especially when the baby is going fast and it won’t slow down or I can’t stop it from remote. I told them about this unit as well and they said they would get back to me as soon as possible within a few minutes. It’s been three days and nothing I’ve held my deposit and I have two faulty units, and no bassinet. You guys get one star
