Travel in total "zen" with the Babyzen YOYO2, the luxurious, French-designed lightweight stroller that helps take the stress out of travel and city life.

The YOYO2 weighs less than 14 pounds and is compact enough to fit in an overhead bin or be carried on your shoulder. But while the stroller is light, it’s also strong, thanks to its all-wheel suspension and materials like aluminum alloy, stainless steel and fiberglass.

That’s what makes it one of the most popular strollers in Europe, where strollers need to be convenient enough for public transportation and durable enough for bumpy cobblestone roads.

New for the YOYO2 model are features like a leatherette handlebar, a higher weight limit, and improved all-wheel suspension featuring innovative technology developed by DuPont.

This product, which includes the YOYO2 stroller frame with canopy and seat fabrics, is suitable for babies 6 months and older. For a stroller to be used from birth, purchase the 0+ Newborn Pack and/or the car seat adapters.

• Ultra-compact fold allows stroller to fit in an airplane overhead compartment or be carried on your shoulder

• Independent, four-wheel suspension uses Hytrel, a high-tech polymer developed by DuPont, that combines the flexibility of rubber and the strength of thermoplastics

• With purchase of car seat adapters, compatible with infant car seats from Nuna, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi and Clek

• Roomy storage basket

• Removable, machine-washable seat fabric

• Backrest reclines in multiple positions to 145 degrees

• Storage pouch on the back of the 6+ canopy

• Extendable canopy with UPF 50+ sun protection

• One-handed steering with"soft drive" feature allows for navigating uneven terrain without locking the front wheels

Great for travel

The Yoyo2 definitely doesn’t disappoint for travel. It’s light and folds up impressively small. It doesn’t unfold as easily as advertised (with one elegant motion…). Instead, wheels get swiveled and stuck and require being flipped around (Maybe I just need to practice my skillz...). My large 17 mo old slouches down a lot in the seat, which in my view is a a design flaw, but since we are traveling a ton the pluses outweigh the minuses. It’s annoying that you have to pay $$$ for even the little foot rest thing, so that your kid’s little legs don’t dangle, not to mention rain cover and all the other add-ons. (Universal rain cover we already had works just fine, FYI, tho a little big). Be sure to check which add ons work while it’s folded up if you do get them- the whole point of this thing is ease of fold and how small it gets. Even with lots of bags it’s easy to hang it on your shoulder with the built in carry strap and haul onto the plane and into overhead bin. I wouldn’t gate check because it doesn’t feel that durable, honestly. The storage space underneath is small but decent for a travel stroller. Don’t hang a bag on it- it will tip! The wheels are smooth except if you get moving fast even on a good concrete surface- then they can suddenly wobble like crazy. Sun cover is a bit skimpy. Overall was a good buy for us for size and travel convenience on the plane etc. I do think it’s overpriced but there weren’t other options we thought would be better.

What you need if you travel a lot and don’t like bulky strollers

In my experience I have never encountered the perfect stroller all in one. So I prioritized size and lifestyle. We travel a lot and I am a small person. This stroller is perfect for that. I am an aesthetics type person who thinks all strollers are ugly but if I have to choose one this fits the bill for that as well. I do not like use a stroller everyday, and prefer to carry her in a carrier or let her mobilize on her own. Which is why I chose the yoyo. I wouldn’t recommend the yoyo as an everyday "beat the hell out of it" type stroller. The wheels aren’t built for that, but I do recommend it for city dwellers, travelers, and anyone who doesn’t want to lug around something bulky or ugly. It is expensive but I love that I was able to get points towards my next purchase which I know I will have one.

Perfection!

The Babyzen Yoyo+ is everything we were hoping! We spent a lot of time researching strollers which was overwhelming. We decided on the Babyzen Yoyo+ as an easy travel stroller but it is so much more! Our newborn carseat attaches effortlessly and the stroller itself moves like a dream, SO EASY. Strolleria had the best deals and shipping was fast!
