Read on to learn about the 2021 model...
The latest model, released in November 2020 and now available at Strolleria, features three differences over the previous version: a fashion change, a function change and a price change.
The 2021 Nuna Demi Grow, now priced $50 higher at $849.95, has brown leatherette details instead of black, as well as a magnetic harness buckle that makes it a snap to help your child into the stroller.
Those changes aside, the new Demi Grow has the same features and functionality that make it a popular choice for parents seeking a stroller that will grow with their family. The Demi Grow converts to a double stroller with the addition of a second seat, yet it retains the same footprint as a single stroller thanks to its unique design.
We’ll go into detail about the differences between the 2021 Nuna Demi Grow and 2020 Nuna Demi Grow in this comparison.
2021 NUNA DEMI GROW PRICE VS. 2020 NUNA DEMI GROW PRICE
With the upgrades for 2021 comes a slight price increase: The Nuna Demi Grow is now priced at $849.95, compared to $799.95 for the previous model.

- 2021 Nuna Demi Grow: $849.95
- 2020 Nuna Demi Grow: $799.95
2021 NUNA DEMI GROW COLORS VS. 2020 NUNA DEMI GROW COLORS
The 2021 Nuna Demi Grow has one feature that parents often requested for the previous model: a cognac brown leatherette handlebar and bumper bar.
While the previous stroller had black leatherette details, the 2021 version now gives the Demi Grow the same sought-after look of Nuna’s other strollers, like the MIXX and TAVO. It also allows the Demi Grow handlebar to match the brown leatherette handle seen on most of Nuna’s infant car seats.
For 2021, Nuna also discontinued the Aspen Blue color, leaving two remaining fashions:
- Frost Gray
- Caviar Black
2021 NUNA DEMI GROW VS. 2020 NUNA DEMI GROW BUCKLE
Buckling a squirmy kid into the stroller can add a little more challenge to an already busy day. The 2021 Nuna Demi Grow makes strolling a smoother process by adding MagneTech, a new technology that uses magnets that effortlessly guide the buckle into place.
The previous Demi Grow has the same type of buckle seen on most strollers: You’ll need to insert the two harness straps and the two side straps into the buckle in order to secure your child.
