2021 Bumbleride vs. 2019 Bumbleride Stroller Comparison
Bumbleride is introducing fresh color schemes for the Indie, Indie Twin, Era, and Speed strollers that are now water-resistant, while continuing to lead the industry with planet-friendly materials.

2021 BUMBLERIDE VS. 2019 BUMBLERIDE PRICE
All four of Bumbleride's strollers will see a slight price increase from prior years, with some variation in price by color. Here are the price changes being made to each model:
- 2019 Bumbleride Era - $649 to $679
- 2021 Bumbleride Era - $689 to $699
- 2019 Bumbleride Indie - $549 to $579
- 2021 Bumbleride Indie - $599 to $619
- 2019 Bumbleride Indie Twin - $769 to $799
- 2021 Bumbleride Indie Twin - $839 to $869
- 2019 Bumbleride Speed - $569 to $599
- 2021 Bumbleride Speed - $609 to $629
While minimal, the higher pricing reflects additional features not seen in previous Bumbleride models, building on their line of environmentally friendly products designed for the safety of your baby and our planet.
2021 BUMBLERIDE VS. 2019 BUMBLERIDE MATERIALS AND COLORS
Bumbleride updated the fabrics and styling on all four strollers in 2020 (continuing in 2021) - although some popular fashions will continue on from previous years, some are being discontinued or updated, and color selections will vary by model.
With their continued endeavor to provide parents with baby - and planet - friendly stroller products, 25% of plastic components in Bumbleride's 2021 collection strollers are made from recycled fishing nets to help prevent harmful waste from entering the ocean and harming wildlife.
Additionally, the stroller fabrics for 2020-2021 will feature PFC Free durable water repellant that is safe for your child and better for the environment, while improving your stroller's water-resistance when you are outdoors. As with previous years, Bumbleride is continuing to manufacture their strollers with 100% RPET fabrics from plastic water bottles, maintaining OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified free from harmful chemicals, and utilizing a solution dye process for the Matte Black colorway designed to conserve both water and energy.
2021 INDIE AND INDIE TWIN VS. 2019 INDIE AND INDIE TWIN COLORS
In 2019, Bumbleride offered six color choices for both the 2019 Indie and 2019 Indie Twin - Camp Green, Dawn Grey Coral, Dawn Grey Mint, Maritime Blue, Matte Black, and Tourmaline Wave:
Two classic colors will be continuing into the 2020 models: Maritime Blue, which has a silver frame and deep, navy blue toned fabric, as well as Matte Black, which is the only version with a matte black frame and detailing with solid black fabric throughout. Dawn Grey will also continue, but with a twist - in 2019, Dawn Grey could be purchased with either a contrasting Coral or Mint tone. For 2021, Dawn Grey will be more minimalist, with all-grey fabrics throughout.
Bumbleride debuted two bright and cheerful new color options in 2020: Clay, which has a silver frame and warm, terracotta orange fabrics, and Sea Glass, also with silver frame and a cool-toned shade of green like its namesake!
Both Sea Glass and Clay have tone-on-tone detailing on the Indie and Indie Twin, meaning the embroidered logo and adjustable recline strap will match the seat and canopy fabrics.
2021 ERA VS. 2019 ERA COLORS
Since its release in early 2019, the Bumbleride Era has been available in four colors - Dawn Grey, Silver Black, Matte Black, and Maritime Blue:
Just as with the Indie and Indie Twin, Clay and Sea Glass were added for the 2020 Bumbleride Era, while Dawn Grey, Matte Black, and Maritime Blue continue from 2019:
Although only Clay and Sea Glass will have tone-on-tone detailing on the Indie and Indie, all colors of the Era will have this unique feature, which streamlines the stroller's appearance for a contemporary aesthetic.
2021 SPEED VS. 2019 SPEED COLORS
In 2019, the Bumbleride Speed Jogging stroller was offered in four colorways: Camp Green, Dawn Grey Mint, Maritime Blue, and Matte Black:
As seen with the Era, Indie, and Indie Twin strollers, 2021 Speed models will return in Maritime Blue, with silver frame and deep, navy blue toned fabric, and Matte Black with solid black fabrics and now one of two models with a matte black frame! Dawn Grey will also return with silver frame, this time in solid grey throughout, unlike the 2019 model with contrasting Mint accents - and is a collaboration with Ironman.
Although Camp Green is discontinued, Bumbleride released a similar color in 2020 with some chic updates - Olive Green will have warm, earthy fabric tones and is paired with a matte black frame, previously only available with the Matte Black model:
2020 SPECIAL PARTNERSHIPS
Bumbleride's performance jogging stroller, the Speed, will introduce a partnership with triathlon organization IRONMAN! The IRONMAN collaboration 2020 Speed model will feature reflective accents, Bumbleride blue detailing, and the iconic IRONMAN logo.
In 2019 Bumbleride did not feature any special editions or partnerships.
2021 BUMBLERIDE VS. 2019 BUMBLERIDE WEIGHTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Functionally, the Bumbleride Era, Indie, Indie Twin, and Speed are continuing into 2021 unchanged! Each model will have the same weight capacities, product weight, and dimensions, as before. Here are the specifications for the 2019 and 2021 Bumbleride stroller line:

Since Bumbleride recently updated the Indie and Indie Twin car seat adapters in 2019, no changes will be made to the car seat adapters going into 2021.
