What is the status of my order?
To see the status of your order, sign into your Strolleria account. You can also see your order details by clicking the "View your order" link in your order confirmation e-mail.
Most orders are shipped within three business days. For transit times to your location, please see this page: How long does shipping take?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
If more than three business days have passed since your order time and you have not received tracking information, please e-mail us or call 480-442-9433.
