To see the status of your order, sign into your Strolleria account. You can also see your order details by clicking the "View your order" link in your order confirmation e-mail.

Most orders are shipped within three business days. For transit times to your location, please see this page: How long does shipping take?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. 

If more than three business days have passed since your order time and you have not received tracking information, please email us at cs@strolleria.com
