No, the UPPAbaby Vista does not come with a car seat right out of the box, but the Vista does include a newborn bassinet with purchase.

Additionally, you can purchase the UPPAbaby Vista stroller as a travel system with an UPPAbaby Mesa series infant car seat. UPPAbaby Vista stroller and Mesa car seat travel systems include:
