Can the Doona be used for twins? | Infant Car Seat and Stroller

No, the Doona cannot be used for twins unless you always have two adults to push them. The Doona is a single car seat and stroller.

If you are having twins, we would recommend getting two regular infant car seats and clicking them into a compatible double stroller. This option is still very convenient and easy.
