Bugaboo only offers one style infant car seat adapter for the Bugaboo Fox which features a Maxi-Cosi style connection. There are no other infant car seat adapters sold separately for the Fox.

Bugaboo began including infant car seat adapters with the Fox 3 model. All previous models of the Bugaboo Fox stroller required the purchase of infant car seat adapters separately. These separately sold adapters offered the same infant car seat compatibility as mentioned above.
