The City Turn by Baby Jogger is among the first convertible car seats in the U.S. to feature a rotating swivel base, and which can be used rear-facing from birth and forward-facing to up to 65 pounds.

For rear-facing mode, the innovative and secure one-hand rotating base allows a 180-degree turn that brings your child 10 inches closer to you, allowing parents to keep a more upright posture that makes it easier to get your child in and out of the vehicle. The integrated RAPIDLOCK belt-tensioning technology and push-button LATCH make for a simple and secure installation in seconds. A 10-position headrest and 6-position recline ensure a comfy ride, and the no-rethread harness means you can adjust the harness without removing it. The City Turn has been engineered and tested with TRUE Test Plus safety standards (Tested to Reality Under Extremes) to help protect your child in rollover, side, front, and rear collisions.

Premium padding, a removable infant insert, and buckle covers add comfort and support, while the soft, lightweight fabrics with COOLMAX moisture-wicking material will help keep your child cool and comfortable from day one.

THIS is your car seat

I previously had the CYBEX sirona S turning car seat and really liked it. Other people struggled to turn and adjust it. When I discovered this car seat I was SO impressed. It turns with one hand and is so freaking simple. My kid loves it too! It’s super easy to install and took less than 5 minutes the first time (definitely a huge plus). My toddler has spilled allllll the things and it wipes clean and vacuums well too! Wish I would’ve made this my first purchase!

amazing car seat, we upgraded it from nuna but wanted something we can turn towards the doors for easier loading/unloading. 180 base works great! Additionally, car seat doesn't take up much space so front passanger can sit comfortably!

I love this car seat!! I wish I had purchased this one from the get-go since it has infant inserts. Kiddo looks so comfy in it. Getting him in and out is such a breeze too! Has made making trips so much easier. I also love how it will grow with him.

Love this car seat!

We live in the city and have a very tight garage space meaning we don’t have a ton of flexibility in keeping our car doors open to get in and out. The Baby Jogger City Turn has been fantastic to be able to get my son buckled and in his car seat from inside the car in the other back passenger seat rather than from the outside where there’s no space. This has also been great for getting in and out in the cold or on busy traffic streets. It’s a very comfortable seat (although sometimes the neck straps can chafe a bit), keeps our son cool and comfortable for long road trips. All pieces remove for easy fabric cleaning although there are many nooks and crannies in the plastic that can be difficult to reach to clean. The rotating feature works very easily with one hand and is a game changer for us. It’s saved my back more times than I can say and is definitely worth the upcharge.
