This car seat is so nice. Easy to use. Very safety conscious. Well made. It is best to leave it in one car. Not hard too switch to a different car just takes time.
A little confusing to install, but after watching installation videos on YouTube, we were able to appreciate the car seat. The swivel function is suuuuper convenient and the safety features are awesome.
If your child’s legs/feet dangle over the end of the car seat, make sure to make them lift their feet before rotating if they are in rear facing. My daughter is 14 months and everytime I rotate the seat, I have to lift her feet into crisscross position beforehand. Not too big of a deal, but just saying to be cautious. I can imagine other people will have issues with this as well. The board that goes up against the backseat of the car kind of makes the baby’s feet drag across it or get stuck at either side of rotation if not careful. Just seems like it could twist an ankle really easily, or feet could get caught during rotation. Seems like the design wasn’t made for babies with longer legs, such as 12 months and up. I don’t think forward facing mode would be a problem, however, most parents want to keep their child rear facing as long as possible. Other than that, easy installation. The app is super sensitive to temperature apparently because it tells me it’s critically hot every time we get in the car. It’s been in the 70’s here where I live, so I think it must just be something wrong with the chest clip readings. I think it’s a cool idea, and seems very safe. But I think there are a lot of things that should have been worked out before they put this product out for sale.
