the best strollers ever .... simple and very easy to used OMG its amazing ... if you buy you gonna love it ❤️❤️❤️
Friend with two under three ultimately convinced us to get it. We were debating between this and a convertible stroller as our starter for our first baby. That couple has so many strollers and said they wished they had just gotten two yo-yos. I figured start small. Then we came across a great deal for an UppaBaby Vista on consignment. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Once you get the hang of the mechanisms, you can truly fold and unfold with one hand, which is SO clutch. It’s also super light. For any mom on mat leave that has to navigate stairs in her apartment, alone, with one hand, or squeeze into a narrow spot for outdoor seating, this is a must. I got the Vista afterwards and realized it was impossible for me to fold and put in the car for car trips or carry down the steps while holding the baby or with the baby in the front carrier. Obviously they’re two totally different stroller classes but something to think about in terms of your day to day routine. Also got the adapters for Nuna Pipa and it works as expected, albeit cumbersome with the 0+ setup. We are traveling this Thanksgiving and I’m certain it will fit in the overhead bins. Got the bundle and delivery was super timely from Strolleria. My infant honestly hates being apart from our bodies, whether it’s stroller or car seat, but when she does tolerate it, the yo-yo is great. Looking forward to the days where baby will love stroller walks because I love this stroller.
This stroller is amazing. It’s lightweight and compact and unfolds easily. Refolding it took a little getting used to, and can be tricky with the car seat adapters on. Really the only gripe I have.
You do sacrifice hauling capacity with this stroller - ie you can’t fit a bunch of stuff underneath. But that’s kind of the point. If the Uppababy vista is the Cadillac SUV of strollers, then the babyzen yoyo is the chic compact car of your choice.
In a nutshell, if you’re someone that tends to pack lightly when traveling, then this is the stroller for you. If, however, you’re a checked bag for a weekend trip kind of person, look elsewhere.
Babyzen YOYO is exactly what we were expecting! It's super light and easy to manage.
I have a 4 month old baby boy. My husband and I decided to buy this stroller as a second stroller because it is very compact and light. We already had a B.O.B stroller but since I go in to town every day and in and out of the car very often the B.O.B stroller was a bit too heavy for me to take in and out of the car. I am 5’5” and 140lbs.
We also wanted a small stroller when we go cross country and we drive from MT to IL at least 2 a year and than MT to Southern CA and so on. We also wanted a bassinet stroller so I could stop worrying about my boy being in a car seat for too long(we take long walks).
The YOYO2 stroller really is light weight and you can really carry it on your shoulder. It is very well made and really beautiful. The bassinet (0-6months) has a very nice soft padding and a great pillow for head support. It is on the smaller side and my 4 month old barely fits. He is 4 months old 25 inches long and 17lbs.
The wheels are small and if you live in the USA it is really really difficult to go over the lien when crossing the street. I am from Europe and the curbs are 3 times smaller than here in the USA and I can see how this stroller being French would do better on European streets than here. The town of Helena MT has really bad sidewalks so YOYO2 didn’t do good here. I think it will be great for airport/international travel.
I am not sure for what reason but I have noticed that my boy gets hot faster in YOYO2 stroller than in a car seat.
All in all it is a very well made stroller that is beautiful but it does have it’s limitations. You just need to be sure that it’s right for you.
It’s been really hard for me to find a stroller that does it all I need it to do but non the less YOYO2 is a great product if it fits your lifestyle.
