My partner and I bought this stroller because we're both small and wanted something light for City-living/storage. The 2.0 version has a defect that makes it impossible to fold the stroller correctly. The handle does not lock into the folded position and it swings open (I've cut my fingers a few times). We ran into some other local parents who have had this issue as well. I've contacted Baby Zen over a dozen times. They randomly sent one replacement part that did not help but have otherwise refused to respond to messages and we've never gotten anyone on the phone. I'm so bummed because this was the most expensive baby thing we bought and it is such a hassle to use that I basically break my back carrying my kid around instead.
