We love this stroller. We have the double travel system. We just wish there was a travel bag big enough for the double system.
we bought this as our second full size stroller to replace a Silver Cross Wave. The Wave frame failed after 2.5 years. The Vista is a much better stroller. Love the giant basket and it's much more maneuverable / better balanced - - especially with two kids in the stroller.
This newer version of the uppa baby vista seems to glide more than the previous version. The previous version moves just fine but this one pushes around so smoothly. I love the color I purchased(Greyson charcoal), just as pictured. **Heads up!, When closing the stroller be sure to have thaw handle bar fully extended first or it will not latch properly to remain closed. I almost didn’t get a double stroller but this is worth it. I am very active and like to take long walks. I have 15mo and 1mo. My 15 mo is walking and running around like crazy so I assumed I may not need a double stroller because he likes to walk most places. But because the long days of walking i like to do he eventually can’t keep up lol. That’s when the stroller comes in hand for him to rest and also nap when we are out all day. If you were ever doubtful of getting a double stroller and you do frequent long walks, I suggest it even for a very active toddler. Also, I have the nuna car seat I attach for my newborn and because it’s a little larger, the rumble seat can only face backwards (no big deal to me). Overall love this and get many compliments
Cons: Obnoxious clicking sound from the wheels when pushing stroller on anything other than perfectly smooth/flat ground. Uppababy sent me an entire new frame and wheels, clicking sound still happens.
It seems VERY fragile and not super sturdy.
PROS: A lot of useful gadgets and adjustments.
Accessories are great.
It feels good in general, premium materials and sturdy construction try to justify the premium price but falls short in the details like design and textiles, some Items that you interact with a lot like the seatbelt buckle feels particularly cheap, specially compared to comparable Nuna strollers. Folding mechanism is particularly cumbersome given how heavy the stroller is. Ive hurt myself getting my finger caught in the mechanism by just grabbing the folded stroller in the wrong place when picking it up. I sold my Nuna
Mixx to get this one just because we needed a double stroller but Nuna’s was very well designed and they pay very close attention to the details where this Vista V2 falls particularly short. Also, probably the most important detail to mention is, its INSANE that you have to purchase up to 3 different types of adapters
If you want to use the stroller in basic double configurations. I much rather have them include the adapters (or redesign it in a way that doesnt need them at all) and leave out the basinet.
