Returns

Not happy with your order from Strolleria? Let’s fix that! Here’s what you need to know about returning your order.
 
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. We also require a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation e-mail).

Price adjustments
Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of original purchase date. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.

Return shipping fees
Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with a return.
 
How to make a return

1. To start the return process, please complete this form.

 

2. Wait for Strolleria to e-mail you a return authorization code, which you will need to include in your return.

 

3. Mail your package with your return address to:

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card.

If you have not received your refund after checking with your credit card company and bank, please contact us at customercare@strolleria.com.

 

Exchanges for damaged items

If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it, please contact us at customercare@strolleria.com with the order number.

In most cases of damaged packages, Strolleria will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which FedEx confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift credit notification.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
