We want you to be happy with your order from Strolleria!
We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 60 days of receipt.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Strolleria only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the original, sealed packaging.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at no cost by contacting email@example.com.
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Retailers do not process warranty claims, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.
If your product inside the box is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and a photo of the damaged product.
In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
Undeliverable or refused shipments
The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 12% of the item price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Strolleria.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and refund in the amount of the items and applicable taxes.
If a return is rejected due to the item not being in new condition or received outside the return period, a fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift credit notification.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

1. To start the return process, please complete this form.
2. Wait for Strolleria to e-mail you a return authorization code, which you will need to include in your return.
