Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona within 1-3 business days of the order time. Custom products such as Bugaboo and Mima strollers may require additional fulfillment time due to their complexity.
The transit time for orders shipped via FedEx Ground is 1-5 business days. Please see the map on this shipping page for the estimated transit time to your location.
Smaller accessories may ship via USPS and require additional transit time.
Occasionally, Strolleria will dropship an order directly from the manufacturer to the customer to shorten the delivery time. In these instances, items typically ship within two business days, but the total delivery time is reduced.
No sales tax will be charged on orders shipping outside of Arizona. Because of our physical presence in Arizona, Strolleria is legally required to charge sales tax on orders placed in our store or shipping within the state.
We offer free shipping on orders over $49 across the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We do not offer international shipping, but some customers choose to ship items to a freight forwarding company.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. We only ship orders on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. EST or over the weekend will ship on Monday.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within two hours of the order time.

If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, Strolleria will charge a fee equal to 12% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.
Customers who need to change the shipping address after the order has shipped are subject to a fee of $20 per package.
In the rare event that a package is lost, Strolleria will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.
In most cases of damaged packages, Strolleria will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
Once a product tracking shows the product as delivered to the customer, Strolleria has fulfilled its obligation to deliver the package. Strolleria is not responsible for property theft.
All products sold by Strolleria are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective or becomes damaged during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly to receive a repair or replacement part.
Retailers do not process warranty claims, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.

There's no need to visit Strolleria to file a warranty claim. Regardless of where products are purchased, the manufacturer will handle your warranty claim and ship repair or replacement parts to you if necessary.
We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 60 days of receipt.
Because safety is a top priority for us and all new parents, Strolleria only accepts returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the original, sealed packaging.
Discounted items, as well as furniture pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Strolleria aims to offer high-quality baby gear at the best available prices. Although we follow the pricing policies dictated by our manufacturers, you may occasionally find the same item advertised at a lower price elsewhere.
In these cases, Strolleria will gladly match prices on items that meet the following price matching conditions.
SALES TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE MATCHES
Strolleria is legally required to charge sales tax only in our home state of Arizona. If you are an Arizona resident, we will match an out-of-state competitor's price inclusive of sales taxes. If you reside outside Arizona and request a price match from a retailer that charges tax in your state, we will match their overall price inclusive of taxes.
PRODUCTS MUST BE IDENTICAL
The competitor's product, including the product model number, must be identical to our product. For example, a 2019 model has a different model number than a 2018 model.
PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED AND SOLD BY AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER
Strolleria does not offer price matching on used products (including floor models and open-box products) or merchandise sold through auction sites such as eBay. We honor prices only from authorized retailers in the United States and do not match prices from international vendors.

Strolleria cannot match a verbal price offer from another retailer.

If you received a gift card code but want someone else to use it, please forward the e-mail containing the gift card code to the recipient.
Our gift cards never expire! The code only expires once the full amount of the gift card has been used.
Our gift cards are non-refundable, but you can send the gift card to another person.
